What Houston homeowners say.

They walked the whole roof with me and showed me photos of every problem before writing anything up. The estimate listed exactly what was included, and the final bill matched it.

Roof and gutters in one project, one crew, done in two days. They ran a magnet over the yard every evening and walked the finished job with me.

About Copperline
The estimate should make sense before the work starts.
I started Copperline because too many homeowners get a one-line number and no idea what it covers. When we walk your home, I'll show you what I see, explain what I'd fix first and why, and put it all in writing. If something isn't worth doing yet, I'll tell you that too.
Most single-family roofs in Houston are torn off and replaced in one to three working days on site. Larger or steeper roofs, decking repairs found during tear-off, and rain delays can add time. Your written estimate lists the expected timeline for your home.Review
Is the estimate free?
Yes. The walkthrough and written estimate are free, and you are under no obligation to move forward.Review
What does a Copperline estimate include?
An itemized scope of work, the materials we plan to use, what is included and what is not, an expected timeline, and what happens next. You should be able to read it at the kitchen table and understand exactly what you are paying for.
Can you handle my roof, gutters, and siding in one project?
Yes. One team plans the whole exterior, so the roof edge, gutters, and siding are sequenced correctly and you have one point of contact and one written estimate.
What should I do after a hail or wind storm?
Stay off the roof. From the ground, look for missing shingles, dented gutters and downspouts, damaged siding, and water stains on ceilings. Take photos, cover any active leak from inside if it's safe, and call us to schedule an inspection. We'll document what we find with photos and a written report.
Do you work on insurance claim projects?
Yes. After a storm, we inspect your roof, document the damage with photos, and give you a written, itemized repair estimate you can share with your insurance company. You file the claim and work with your insurer and their adjuster on coverage. When you're ready, we do the repair or replacement.
Can you waive or cover my deductible?
No. Texas law requires homeowners to pay their insurance deductible, and contractors cannot waive, absorb, or rebate it. Your estimate shows exactly what the work costs, so there are no surprises.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Houston and communities across Harris County. If you're not sure whether you're in our area, call us and we'll tell you.
